  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must have reliable and accessible private transportation
  • Sensitivity to and awareness of issues affecting parents  with hearing loss

  • Experiential community involvement

  • Manage a reasonable caseload of adults who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing who use American Sign Language and/or spoken English to communicate
  • Provide direct services including, peer counseling, advocacy, skills training, and information and referral
  • Work with assigned caseload, following  written service plans that delineate advocacy and skills training goals, and document services provided
  • Provide outreach and education to consumers and the community as assigned
